Terms and Conditions – KetoMetabolix Courses and Webinars

Welcome to KetoMetabolix! These terms and conditions govern your access and use of the KetoMetabolix course and webinar platform. By enrolling in or accessing any KetoMetabolix course (both in-person and online) or webinar (hereinafter referred to as "Courses"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll or access the Courses.

1. Enrollment and Access

1.1 Eligibility. Enrollment is open to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. In the Philippines, you must be at least 18 years of age.

1.2 Account Creation. You may be required to create an account to access the Courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

1.3 Access Grant. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the purchased Courses for the duration specified in the course description.

1.4 Access Restrictions. Sharing your account or course access with others is strictly prohibited. KetoMetabolix reserves the right to terminate your access if any unauthorized sharing is detected.

1.5 Technical Requirements. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the Courses.

2. Payment and Refunds

2.1 Payment. Payment for the Courses is due at the time of enrollment. Prices are listed on the course registration page and may be subject to change.

2.2 Payment Methods. Accepted payment methods will be displayed on the website.

2.3 Refund Policy. 

• Refund policies will be clearly stated on the specific course sales page.

• Generally, refunds may be offered within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7 days) from the date of purchase, subject to specific conditions.

• Refunds may be denied if you have accessed a significant portion of the course content.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact information provided below.

• No refunds will be given after the defined refund period.

2.4 Course Cancellation. KetoMetabolix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to continue enrollment or re-enrollment in a rescheduled course.

3. Content of the Course

3.1 Intellectual Property. All course materials, including videos, documents, and other content, are the intellectual property of KetoMetabolix and are protected by copyright laws.

3.2 Use of Content. You may use the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without the express written permission of KetoMetabolix.

3.3 Course Updates. KetoMetabolix reserves the right to update or modify the course content at any time.

4. Health Disclaimer

4.1 Consult a Professional. The information provided in the Courses is for educational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or dietary program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

4.2 Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that participating in fitness and dietary activities involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may arise from your participation in the Courses.

4.3 Individual Results. Results may vary, and KetoMetabolix does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

5. Conduct of Users

5.1 Respectful Communication. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner when interacting with other participants and instructors.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct. You must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive, including but not limited to: 

• Posting offensive or inappropriate content.

• Harassing or bullying other participants.

• Distributing spam or unsolicited marketing materials.

5.3 Termination of Access. KetoMetabolix reserves the right to terminate your access to the Courses if you violate these conduct guidelines.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Data Collection. KetoMetabolix collects certain relevant personal information, such as your name, email address, and payment details, for the purpose of providing the Courses.

6.2 Data Use. Your personal information will be used to administer your account, process payments, and provide you with course updates and information.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties. KetoMetabolix provides the Courses "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content.

7.2 Limitation of Liability. In no event shall KetoMetabolix be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Courses.

7.3 Maximum Liability. KetoMetabolix's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Courses.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.   

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Modification. KetoMetabolix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately.

9.2 Updates. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
